Delivery & Payment Information

Processing Time

We ship orders every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Place your order before 6:00 PM (local time) and it will be dispatched today. Any orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped tomorrow.

Payment Methods

Corporate clients can pay via bank transfer or PayPal upon receiving an official invoice. To request an invoice for your accounting department, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Delivery Options & Transit Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days via PostNL or DHL.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days depending on the destination country:

    • Belgium: 1–2 business days

    • Germany: 2 business days

    • France: 3 business days

    • Italy: 5 business days

    • Spain: 5 business days

    • Lithuania, Latvia, & Estonia: 5–6 business days

United Kingdom

Delivery to the UK takes approximately 3–5 business days.

International Delivery (Outside the EU)

Delivery times vary by destination country, typically taking 5–10 business days.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to local customs inspections, duties, and import taxes. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the shipping cost, and must be paid by the recipient.
